EXPERIENCE

​

Jonathan has over thirty years of field and design experience as a Civil Engineer on a wide variety of Geotechnical and Civil Engineering projects.  His extensive design experience includes the analysis of shallow and deep foundations for industrial, commercial, and residential buildings, the underpinning of adjacent buildings, the support of excavation,  design of waterfront structures, soil and rock slope stability, foundations for bridge and airport structures, seismic analysis, design and performance monitoring of earth and rock retaining structures, and dewatering.

OUR TEAM

 

Always with an eye toward excellence, the Bilow Engineering team has extensive field experience that includes: coordination and supervision of subsurface investigations, extensive construction inspection and supervision, laboratory analysis, pre-construction condition surveys, and construction monitoring.

​

The Bilow Engineering team performs numerous subsurface construction projects and provides technical support and supervision during construction on all projects for which we are the design engineer. We are also responsible for overseeing project budgets and producing technical specifications for each project.
